Franchise Support Representative

Are you ready to transition your hospitality expertise from day-to-day store operations to shaping the bigger picture behind the scenes? Yogurberry Australia is seeking a dedicated Franchise Support Representative to join our team based full time at our head office in Silverwater.

The Role:

As the primary point of contact for our franchise partners, you will play a critical role in supporting store owners across our growing network. You will balance proactive coaching and relationship management with active compliance checks and on-site store inspections to ensure brand standards remain consistently high.

Key Responsibilities:

- First point of contact for franchise partners, assisting with operational queries, workflow guidance, and general business support

- Store compliance and inspections conducted regularly on site across store locations to maintain high quality, hygiene, and brand consistency

- Hands-on operational and leadership training for store staff and managers, ensuring consistency and excellence across the team





- Site visits and reporting to prepare clear follow-up inspection reports and action plans that guide franchise owners towards continuous improvement

About You:

You are a detail-oriented professional with a background in management—experience within food service or franchising is highly regarded. Your hands-on experience managing a store will come in handy, allowing you to bring a personal touch and genuine empathy to everyday franchisee communication.

What we would like you to bring:

- Proven management experience within the food & beverage industry

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace apps

- You must hold a valid driver's licence

- Have your own vehicle

- Willingness to travel locally and interstate for store visitation cycles
