? About the Role

We’re looking for a curious and detail-focused Fresher Data Analyst to help transform raw data into useful business insights. You’ll work with datasets, reports, and performance metrics while developing practical analytical skills and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and verify data from various sources.
- Clean and prepare datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Write basic SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.
- Assist with recurring reports and ad-hoc analytical requests.
- Monitor key business metrics and investigate unusual changes.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand their data requirements.
- Communicate analytical findings in a clear and easy-to-understand format.
- Assist with data-quality checks and resolve basic inconsistencies.
- Document data sources, reporting processes, and analytical workflows.

- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or another programming language is a plus.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools is beneficial.
- Robust logical and numerical reasoning.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly.
- Curious mindset with a genuine interest in working with data.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
