? About the Role

We’re looking for a curious and analytical Fresher Data Analyst to help turn raw data into meaningful insights. You’ll work with datasets, reports, dashboards, and business metrics to identify patterns, support decision-making, and help teams better understand their performance.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and validate data from different sources.
- Clean and prepare datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Use SQL to retrieve, filter, and analyze relevant data.
- Support recurring reports and ad-hoc analytical requests.
- Investigate unusual data points, inconsistencies, and potential quality issues.
- Collaborate with business, product, marketing, and technical teams.
- Track key metrics and assist with performance analysis.
- Document data sources, reporting processes, and analytical findings.

?️ What We’re Looking For





- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or another programming language is a plus.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools is beneficial.
- Solid numerical and logical reasoning skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate findings in a simple and clear way.
- Solid curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with structured and unstructured information.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
