Role Description This part-time Fresher Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) role is a hybrid position based in Sydney, NSW, with a combination of onsite work and some work from home.

The Data

Analyst will assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources to support business reporting and analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include running basic data analyses, preparing simple dashboards or reports, and helping interpret trends under the guidance of senior team members. The role also involves documenting data processes, maintaining data quality standards, and communicating findings in clear, structured formats. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn company tools and data practices through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities.




- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Statistics and an understanding of Data Modeling concepts.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with spreadsheets or data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or basic SQL).
- A relevant tertiary qualification (completed or in progress) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow structured processes are important.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Sydney, NSW, and collaborating with diverse teams is expected.
