? About the Role

We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented Fresher Data Analyst to turn raw information into useful business insights. You’ll work with datasets, reports, and performance metrics while developing practical analytical skills and helping teams make informed, data-driven decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Clean and prepare datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Explore data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Write basic SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.
- Support recurring reports and ad-hoc analytical requests.
- Monitor key performance indicators and investigate unusual changes.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand their data needs.
- Present analytical findings in a clear and understandable format.
- Assist with data-quality checks and resolve basic inconsistencies.
- Document data sources, metrics, and reporting processes.

- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or another programming language is a plus.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools is beneficial.
- Solid numerical reasoning and analytical thinking.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly.
- Curious mindset with an interest in solving problems through data.
- Strong organizational skills and a willingness to collaborate.
