Roman Pizzeria is looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Front of House Staff Member to join our team.

About the Role

As a Front of House team member, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every customer, taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean and organised dining area, and helping the team deliver great service during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Serve pizzas, food and beverages efficiently
- Assist with takeaway and dine-in orders
- Maintain a clean, tidy and presentable front-of-house area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff
- Handle customer enquiries and requests professionally
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
- Support the team during busy service periods
- Contribute to a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for customers and staff





About You We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a positive, friendly and approachable personality
- Enjoys working with people and providing great customer service
- Works well in a fast-paced team environment
- Has good communication and organisational skills
- Is reliable, punctual and well presented
- Can stay calm and focused when things get busy
- Has a genuine interest in hospitality and great food
- MUST be able to work;
- Wed & Thurs 4:45pm - 8:15pm
- Fri, Sat & Sun 11:45am - 8:45pm
- Previous hospitality experience is essential
