3 x Boilermakers - Mon to Fri Roster - 48 Hours a week

DGH is seeking 3 x Boilermakers to join our team in Gladstone, QLD on a casual basis. These roles are ongoing and working a Monday to Friday roster, 48 hours per week. Your expertise will be essential to ensuring the quality and safety of our products and services, contributing directly to DGH's reputation for excellence in the Trades & Services sector.

What you'll be doing

Performing welding operations using various techniques and equipment to join metal components

Reading and interpreting technical blueprints, specifications, and work orders

Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within specifications

Identifying and resolving fabrication issues and providing recommendations for improvements

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols





Performing routine maintenance and repairs on existing boilers and pressure vessels as required

What we're looking for

Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or equivalent experience in boiler fabrication and assembly

Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately

Experience with cutting, bending, and shaping metal components

Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical fitness and ability to work in a manufacturing setting

Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic
