We're looking for someone with a genuinely bubbly, outgoing personality to be part of this launch — a fresh face who can set the tone for guests from the moment they walk through our doors.

Job Description

To create a memorable guest experience through excellent customer service — anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and delivering prompt, efficient service in a friendly and professional manner.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Ensure the smooth and professional running of the check-in/check-out procedure

- Ensure the smooth running of hotel operations more broadly

- Handle telephone calls, guest requests and reservations in a timely and proficient manner

- Communicate with guests in an open, friendly, respectful and positive manner

- Be familiar with all hotel services, room types and rates, and demonstrate full product knowledge

- Where possible and appropriate, upsell room categories to maximise hotel revenue

- Create reservations in the system according to guest requests,



availability and budget

- Complete front office duties, tasks and procedures in line with company policies and as directed by Management

- Resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Process guest mail, messages and deliveries in a timely manner, ensuring guest privacy and security is always maintained

- Ensure correct and accurate float balance, with cash and credit transactions recorded accurately at the end of each shift

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience in a reception position in a similar role/industry

- Experience using RMS highly regarded

- A genuinely bubbly, outgoing personality — someone who's great with people and builds rapport easily

- Versatile with days of work

- Available for shifts across our operating hours of 8am – 10pm

- Passionate and motivated to succeed
