About us HEQS Wholesale Group is an Australian family-owned manufacturer, importer and wholesaler of furniture and appliances, trading since 2007. We run an 11,000 sqm factory producing 120+ couches and beds a day, source from nine countries, and hold stock in our own Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane warehouses across a range of more than 1,000 products.

About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated on-road sales representative to grow our business across Greater Sydney and the Northern and Western regions of NSW. You'll work alongside our existing NSW sales team, focused on retail furniture and appliance customers as well as hospitality and accommodation wholesalers and distributors.

The role includes

- Visiting established and new customers face to face
- Selling in new product ranges and backfilling gaps in customer ranging
- Taking orders and driving customer traffic to our website
- Occasional in-store merchandising and product education and training
- Completing call reporting and logging activity in our CRM
- Feeding customer insight into new product development

Some regional travel is required, expect 2 to 3 nights away per month across Northern and Western NSW.

About you

Essential

- 2+ years' on-road sales experience in retail or wholesale channels
- Confident with CRM and data entry, we use Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Current Australian driver's licence and full working rights in Australia




- Comfortable with regional overnight travel

Highly regarded
- Experience selling furniture, appliances, or into hospitality and accommodation wholesale channels
- Existing relationships with NSW independent retailers or hospitality buyers
- A background in B2B field sales rather than retail floor sales
