We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Fundraising Managers to join some of Australia's most respected charities, healthcare organisations and purpose-led not-for-profits. Salaries range from $100,000 - $140,000 super depending on experience and level of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Developing and delivering fundraising strategies and campaigns.
- Managing and growing donor portfolios and supporter relationships.
- Driving fundraising income, acquisition, retention and engagement.
- Developing compelling appeals, campaigns and donor communications.
- Building strong relationships with major donors,



partners and key stakeholders.
- Managing fundraising budgets, reporting and performance against targets.
- Working collaboratively across fundraising, marketing, communications and programs teams.
- Identifying new opportunities to grow income and strengthen supporter engagement.
- Leading and mentoring fundraising teams where required.

Locations

Roles are available Sydney-wide including Sydney CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Sydney, Lower North Shore and hybrid working environments.

Who you are?

- Proven experience within fundraising, philanthropy, donor engagement or a related NFP environment.
- Solid understanding of fundraising principles and donor stewardship.
- Commercially minded with a track record of achieving fundraising or income targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong project and relationship management skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Passionate about purpose-driven organisations and creating meaningful social impact.
