Seeking an highly motivated, self driven experienced leader for a Garden & Lawn Maintenance business. This is a casual role but a few to be full time as we grow the business, based in Sydney's Northern Beaches District NSW.
Key responsibilities
- Working at a set group of clients at a weekly basis to provide a high-quality maintenance services
- Working with an apprentice ensuring effective, effective and timely completion of gardening and lawn maintenance tasks
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and client standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
About you
- Experience in a garden/lawn maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must have a current driver's license and own Vehicle
- Qualifications in horticulture would be highly regarded but not essential
