We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our team on a subcontractor basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn mowing and general garden maintenance, ensuring that our clients’ outdoor spaces are kept in pristine condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance.
- Conduct general garden maintenance tasks, including weeding, fertilizing, and pruning.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and other plants as required.
- Ensure all gardening tools and equipment are in good working order.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences.
- Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in gardening, lawn care, and garden maintenance.
- Equipment: Must possess own gardening equipment (mower, trimmer, etc.) and tools.
- Vehicle: A reliable vehicle is required for transportation to job sites.
- License:
Valid driver’s license.
- Availability: Adaptable schedule; must be open to part-time or casual work as needed.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for gardening.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills for client interaction.
- Basic knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniques.
