The View – Narooma is seeking its first General Manager for the newly rebranded hotel. The hotel overlooks Wagonga Inlet out to the Pacific and services locals and tourists alike over Bar, Bistro and Gaming. The role will include building an event and entertainment schedule at the hotel and executing these levers in line with the seasonality that iconic coastal towns enjoy.

Key responsibilities

- Manage back office operations

- Build and execute event and entertainment schedule

- Adjust event and entertainment offerings in line with seasonal demand

- Lead and manage a base team of approximately 16 members (approximately half bar, half kitchen), expanding to around 25 in summer

- Be the face of the hotel and own the brand





- Talk about local seafood, wine list and recommend cocktails

- Increase the dining focus of the hotel with a heavy bias to local seafood

About you

- Proficient in all things back office

- Able to be the face of the hotel and engage with guests

- Knowledge of local seafood, wine, and cocktails
