Gold Coast Trades College has officially opened applications for their Term 3 intake, offering students the opportunity to gain real industry experience and nationally recognised qualifications while still at school.

Programs available include

- Certificate II in Automotive Vocational Preparation - Certificate II in Construction - Certificate II in Construction (Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary program) - Certificate II in Electrotechnology (Career Start) - Certificate II in Plumbing (EOI currently being accepted – confirmation pending) - Automotive Air Conditioning Technology upgrade program - Construction upgrade program Why students love these programs:

Food: Complimentary breakfast and sausage sizzle lunch provided daily.

Travel: Complimentary bus pick-up and drop off from Varsity Lakes Station.

Course structure: Students are required to be off-campus one day per week for the duration of their course and must maintain their current 6-subject school workload.

Funding: VETiS funding available for eligible students in selected courses. Year 10, 11 and 12 students were emailed course flyers this week with more information.
