Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training)

About The Role

We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer AI — and we need real GRC practitioners to make it happen. As a GRC Analyst on this project, your hands-on experience with compliance frameworks, risk management, and security policy will directly shape how AI systems understand and reason about governance and risk.

This isn't a traditional compliance role. You'll be working at the frontier of AI development, helping evaluate and validate the kinds of complex, real-world scenarios that only seasoned practitioners truly understand.

What You'll Do

- Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness
- Evaluate compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
- Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
- Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems




- Apply your real-world GRC expertise to catch nuance that AI systems miss

Who You Are

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management
- Solid working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar frameworks
- Comfortable reading, interpreting, and critiquing policy and audit documentation
- Precise, detail-oriented, and robust in written reasoning
- Self-motivated and able to work independently on an asynchronous schedule

Nice to Have

- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in information security, internal audit, or third-party risk
- Familiarity with GRC tools or platforms (e.g., OneTrust, Archer, Vanta)
