The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Business Development Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of business development, build robust industry relationships, and gain hands-on experience in the world of lending and property finance.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, receive mentorship, and develop the skills needed to become a future Business Development Manager. If you’re proactive, curious, and eager to make an impact, this role is for you!

Key Activities

You will be responsible for:

- Gaining a deep understanding of our products, lending criteria, and the property finance market.
- Assisting in engaging with mortgage brokers, financial advisors, and other key introducers.




- Contributing to lead generation activities, including attending networking events and industry functions.
- Supporting the team with pipeline tracking, competitor research, and performance insights.
- Learning how to achieve origination targets and contribute to team success.

Skills & experiences you’ll bring the team

- A recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Interest in property, lending, or financial services (prior exposure is a bonus but not essential).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
