We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time or casual basis, whichever suits you best. This role is based on-site in Southbank, VIC.

About the role

You'll create visual assets that support brand strategies for clients across multiple industries, including logos, brand identities, digital collateral, and campaign materials. Day to day, you'll develop design concepts, refine typography and layouts, prepare files for digital and print, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines. You'll also collaborate with strategists and partners to translate ideas into clear visual narratives, respond to feedback to refine outcomes, and contribute to presentations, pitch decks, and prototypes.

What You'll Do

- Design branded assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal use
- Develop logos, brand identities, and cohesive visual systems
- Turn briefs and rough ideas into polished, on-brand visuals
- Refine typography and layouts, with a keen eye for hierarchy and readability
- Prepare files for both digital and print formats
- Collaborate with strategists, partners, and the wider team to bring concepts to life




- Contribute to presentations, pitch decks, and prototypes

What We're Looking For

- 2 to 3 years' experience in graphic design
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Figma
- Experience in logo design and branding
- A sharp eye for detail, typography, and consistency in visual branding
- A portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving and work across diverse brands or industries
- Ability to work independently, manage part-time/casual scheduling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience
- Understanding of brand strategy and contemporary design trends; agency or studio experience is a plus
