Working in the position of ICT Business Analyst atleast for a period of 5 years in the ICT Software Solutions provider for ERP / Educational Training industry

Reporting to the project director or senior position

Should have the knowledge of Identifying the need for conducting software training programs and workshops in the field of Education, online Portals, E-commerce as the technology has advanced and software has become an essential part of sales

Should be knowing how to conduct technical of functional presentations of ICT software’s on regular basis, assisting the pre‑sales team to bring in new accounts and clients

Must to have knowledge of installation of mobile applications on Android and IOS platforms on demonstration servers and creating users for trial run and demonstration purposes

preparing technical and commercial proposals for Alfa Software solutions

Creating business reports on the integration of essential software and tools. This also included coordinating with the University/College/Department staff to understand the requirements of the end‑user and prepare training material as per the needs.

Should have knowledge of systems & software installations

Analysing the need of the end‑user and discussing the same with the developers.

Planning and preparing business architecture reports and act as a bridge between the developers & users.





Delivered exceptional follow‑up and support to the attendees of the workshop and training program. This includes troubleshooting the installed software and resolving any issues that arose after the program was over

Should be able to travel and relocate based on the project and training schedule

Salary will be offered as per the industry standard between AUD 88,000.00 to AUD 99,000.00, based on experience
