We currently have a position available for a Washbay/ Yard Supervisor at the Villawood depot. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, this position is responsible for leading and working with a small team in a hands‑on manner, ensuring compliance with procedures within a quality‑controlled environment.

The core responsibilities are as follows:

Ensure trailing equipment and prime movers are cleaned in accordance with food safety and HACCP standards, with training and support provided.

Ensure all tasks and activities within the Washbay are completed in a safe and efficient manner.

Operate equipment and vehicles safety and ensure stock levels are adequate on a daily basis.

Supervise your team to ensure safety is paramount.

The successful applicant will require the following skills and attributes:

Supervisory experience

Ability to plan and prioritise with clear communications.

Motivated and have a positive attitude

This is a full‑time position, in a excellent facility with uniforms supplied.
