Senior Accountant - Chartered to Commercial

We're working with an impressive and growing property portfolio across commercial, industrial, and residential assets. They’re entrepreneurial, ambitious, and looking for a like-minded finance leader who wants to get in early, roll up their sleeves, and help drive the business forward.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad, hands-on finance role with exposure to property investment, development, and strategic decision-making. Working directly with the principals, you’ll have full visibility across the business and play a key role in managing financial operations, structuring investments, and driving commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end financial management, including month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversight of cash flow, funding, and capital management across multiple entities
- Property-specific reporting and analysis: project costs, ROI modelling
- Liaising with banks, legal, tax, and external advisors on transactions and structuring
- Supporting property acquisitions, disposals, and development feasibility assessments
- Building and improving systems, processes, and reporting as the business scales
- Managing compliance, tax lodgements,



and ATO obligations with external accountants

What We're Looking For

- A qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with 5+ years’ experience in a property, or a chartered environment
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail – but equally comfortable thinking strategically
- A hands-on, “can-do” operator who enjoys variety and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
