Our client is a well-established trading and supply solutions business based in Parramatta, helping customers and suppliers access food, grocery, commodities and essential goods across the Pacific and international markets. They combine product sourcing, supplier relationships, documentation and logistics coordination to make complex international trade easier to manage, and they're growing their team.

The role - Junior Operations and Logistics Coordinator

This is a great opportunity for a grad based in Sydney who wants to learn a business from scratch. You'll start by getting to grips with the fundamentals of export documentation and the team's systems, before progressing into more hands-on logistics work, liaising directly with suppliers and customers, over your first six months.

Responsibilities of the role - Junior Operations and Logistics Coordinator

- Learning and supporting the team with purchase and sales order creation
- Following up with suppliers on order status and loading documentation
- Assisting with the preparation and verification of export documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and more)
- Reviewing and helping approve supplier,



freight and transport invoices
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders as your confidence grows
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks and problem solving

Requirements of the role - Junior Operations and Logistics Coordinator

- A degree in Business, International Business or a related field is preferred
- A genuine eagerness to learn, ask questions and grow within the business
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly important given the compliance side of export documentation
