We are seeking a reliable and motivated Trade Assistant to join our Wide Bay team and support the delivery of a strong pipeline of infrastructure projects.

Working alongside our experienced tradespeople and site crews, you will provide hands‑on assistance across a range of civil and electrical works, helping with site preparation, materials, equipment, general labouring and day-to-day project activities.

The opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Trade Assistant to join our Wide Bay team and support the delivery of a strong pipeline of infrastructure projects.

Working alongside our experienced tradespeople and site crews, you will provide hands‑on assistance across a range of civil and electrical works, helping with site preparation, materials, equipment, general labouring and day-to-day project activities.

About you

- Performing manual tasks involving handling materials, such as excavation, spreading materials, laying pipes, installing conduits and cables, carrying out concrete work, and setting up road lighting and foundation structures.
- General concrete tasks involve constructing formwork, installing reinforcement,



pouring and finishing concrete.
- Erection of erosion and sediment control devices such as silt fences where appropriate.
- Complete tasks in accordance with relevant work standards and standard operating procedures.
