Data PMO

Join our Aristocrat Interactive team as a ProjectProgram Manager and help build the future of data-driven decision-making at Aristocrat. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a world-class team and align Aristocrat’s objectives with our EMEA centre of excellence! We support partner needs, lead project intake, offer tech mentorship, and implement process upgrades. You will lead projects within the Interactive portfolio, collaborating with both business and technical leaders to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

What You'll Do

- Lead all aspects of the planning, execution, and delivery of data initiatives.
- Develop project charters, handle program plans, and ensuretimelydelivery across initiatives.
- Set performance indicators and success benchmarks for primary data services and data product initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to lead data product lifecycle phases.
- Translate detailed business requirements into precise technical scopes and user stories for data engineering teams.
- Ensure customer needs are incorporated into the build.
- Apply Agile principles to prioritize and refine backlogs, conduct sprint ceremonies, and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with product managers, analysts, and data consumers toprioritiseand develop reusable data assets and self-service capabilities that enable business innovation.
- Maintain forward-looking roadmaps for platform capabilities and domain-specific data products.
- Build productfeatureroadmaps that balance business priorities, delivery timelines, and team capacity.
- Champion customer-centric and quality-focused delivery, measuring business impact and usability of data products.
- Collaborate with product leaders, data stewards, and governance teams to ensure products meet regulatory, compliance, and ethical data use standards.
- Develop leadership dashboards, presentations, and steering committee updates to ensure portfolio visibility, including project health and wins.

What We're Looking For

- Proven record to define, scope, and manage sophisticated programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategicobjectivesand successful delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Expertisein coordinating a portfolio of initiatives, with the ability toconsolidate,analyse, and report on program health, status, and impact.




- A consistent record of applying Agile principles to promote iterative progress and adaptability.
- Proficiencywith JIRA, Smartsheet,Monday.com,and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project).
- Ability to evaluate incoming requests,prioritisebased onorganisationalneeds, and make data-informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work optimally with multiple teams and collaborators, encouraging a team-oriented and aligned environment.
- 8+ years of experience.

Preferred Experience

- Delivery of enterprise data platforms, analytics platforms, or data engineering solutions.
- Experience coordinating large-scale platform migrations or modernization initiatives.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and software deployment practices.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance principles.
- Experience working within globally distributed engineering organizations.
