The JDA Collective group is seeking an experienced Hotel/PubDutyManager for the General Gordon Hotel in inner west NSW. The role focuses on leading food and beverage operations, ensuring high service standards and compliance with gaming and liquor regulations.

You will manage a rotating roster, supervise staff, coordinate events, and drive marketing ideas while maintaining excellent customer service and qualified presentation.
