BaptistCare NSW/ACT is seeking a dedicated Training & Quality Coordinator to join our aged care team in NSW. You will assist with providing and evaluating clinical and non-clinical education and training programs for staff and volunteers.
The role is available for four days per week (56 hours per fortnight) and requires delivery with adaptable options to support residents and staff. You will contribute to continuous improvement and ensure high quality care across BaptistCare services.
