We're working with a well-established residential volume builder to place multiple Site Supervisors across South West Sydney, Wollongong, and North West Sydney. This is a genuine career opportunity with a transparent pathway toward construction management.

About the role

You'll be managing 15–20 residential builds at a time — liaising directly with clients, coordinating trades, controlling quality, and keeping projects on schedule. This builder has a structured training program and actively promotes from within.

What they're looking for

- Trade-qualified carpenter with Cert III and Cert IV in Building and Construction (or equivalent toward a builder's licence)
- Experience supervising residential / project home builds,



ideally with a major volume builder
- Stable work history — someone who commits and sees projects through
- Ambitious and career-driven with a genuine desire to progress
- Open to training and being developed within a structured program
- Presentable and confident dealing directly with clients on-site

$110,000 – $130,000 + super, depending on experience
