Randwick City Council is an innovative and progressive Council committed to serving our vibrant community on the eastern beaches of Sydney. Our Des Renford leisure Centre is seeking Reformer Pilates Instructors to be part of the launch of a brand-new Reformer Pilates program.

Des Renford Leisure Centre is launching an exciting new Reformer Pilates Studio and we're looking for passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help build a thriving Reformer Pilates community from the ground up while delivering high-quality classes in a modern, purpose-built environment. We're seeking instructors who bring energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for helping people move better, feel stronger and achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

About the role:

As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will:

- Plan and deliver safe, engaging and effective Reformer Pilates classes to participants of varying ages, fitness levels and abilities.
- Create an inclusive, welcoming and engaging class environment.




- Build strong relationships with participants and encourage ongoing attendance.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and class information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Follow WH&S; requirements and contribute to a safe and positive studio experience.

About you:

- A recognised Reformer Pilates Instructor qualification.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Certificate III in Fitness (or equivalent) desirable.
- Experience delivering Reformer Pilates classes.
