We are looking for experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter professionals with CTP (Compulsory Third Party) insurance experience to join our growing team.

Senior Developer – Guidewire PolicyCenter

As a Senior Developer, you will lead the configuration and customisation of Guidewire PolicyCenter, providing technical leadership across CTP insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead configuration and customisation of Guidewire PolicyCenter using Gosu, Java, PCF and data model.
- Design and implement CTP-specific product models, rating and underwriting rules.
- Own technical solution design, code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
- Design and manage integrations using SOAP/REST APIs, messaging and batch processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Guidewire configuration and technical issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers and other technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Developer – Guidewire PolicyCenter





As a Guidewire Developer, you will work closely with senior developers and project teams to configure and develop PolicyCenter solutions supporting CTP insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and develop Guidewire PolicyCenter components based on technical designs.
- Develop using Gosu scripting, PCF screens, business rules and workflows.
- Support CTP product and rating configuration under the guidance of senior developers.
- Perform unit testing, defect resolution and technical troubleshooting.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies and technical documentation.
- Support integration testing, deployment and release activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable PolicyCenter solutions.

Key Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Experience in Gosu, Java, PCF, PolicyCenter configuration and data model.
- Practical experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter project implementations.
- CTP (Compulsory Third Party) insurance domain experience is highly desirable/required.
- Experience with product model, rating and underwriting rules.
- Experience with SOAP/REST integrations, messaging and batch processes.
- Strong understanding of software development, testing and deployment practices.
- Guidewire certification(s) will be highly regarded.
- Solid communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
