[ IZAKAYA MITTO in The Rocks, Sydney ] - Head Chef!!

IZAKAYA MITTO located in Sydney's iconic place, is seeking for a passionate, energetic, and creative Head Chef to lead our Japanese kitchen.

You will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen and provide amazing dishes. You will also be required to ensure recipes, and presentation meet our restaurant's specifications and have a high-level commitment to quality. You must also maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitised workspace.

What you will need

- Great communication skills and an ability to work well as part of the team.
- At least 1 years Head Chef experience at the Dining restaurant.
- At least 3 years Japanese Restaurant Chef role(Sushi & Sashimi included).
- At least 1 years Izakaya Chef experience highly regarded.
- At least 2 year of Fish Cutting and Handling experience.




- Japanese Hot Food experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Mon-Sun, 45 hours shift work.
- You must have a valid work visa.
