HEAD CHEF OPPORTUNITY — RICHMOND Pastarami Bar & Kitchen | Swan Street, Richmond We’re looking for a great Chef / Senior Chef ready to step up into a Head Chef role. We’re a busy, independent wine bar & kitchen with a close-knit kitchen team — so this is a genuine prospect to take ownership of your own kitchen, rather than just being another chef in a big brigade. You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Run and lead the kitchen
- Develop seasonal menus & specials
- Lead and develop the kitchen team
- Take responsibility for food quality, prep & ordering
- Have a genuine say in the direction of the food
- Build the kitchen your way You don’t necessarily need previous Head Chef experience. If you’re currently a strong Sous Chef, CDP or Senior Chef and feel you’re ready to take the next step, we’d love to hear from you. Our food is inspired by Italian & Mediterranean flavours, but done our own way, with a strong focus on seasonal produce, wine-bar food and dishes people want to come back for.
