HEAD COOK

Two Hands Parramatta is seeking an experienced, full-time Head Cook specializing in authentic pizza making to lead our kitchen team and manage daily culinary operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on expertise in Italian pizza making (hand-stretched dough, high-temperature deck/wood-fired ovens, custom toppings), pasta preparation, and American fast food items.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and roster kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high-volume service delivery.

* Oversee authentic pizza making, dough preparation, oven regulation, and overall food preparation across Italian and American fast food menus.

* Manage inventory, ingredient ordering, stock rotation, and food cost control.

* Contribute to menu development, recipe creation, and seasonal specials.

* Maintain strict compliance with HACCP food safety,



hygiene standards, and workplace health and safety protocols. Requirements & Experience

* Certificate IV in Kitchen Management (or equivalent Commercial Cookery qualification).

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume commercial kitchen with demonstrated specialization as a Pizza Chef / Head Cook.

* Advanced skills in authentic Italian pizza production, dough handling, pasta recipes, and fast-food execution.

* Robust leadership, communication, and kitchen management skills.

* Thorough knowledge of Australian food hygiene regulations and safety standards.

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
