The Role

As Head of Delivery, you’ll lead Sharon AI’s global delivery function, overseeing the successful execution of infrastructure delivery programs across the business’s operating regions.

Reporting to the COO, you’ll work closely with the Head of PMO and Technical Project Managers to establish solid delivery governance, standardise methodology and ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget and to the required technical standard.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced delivery executive who can build and scale high-performing PMO and project delivery functions within a technology, infrastructure or data centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Sharon AI’s global delivery function and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across infrastructure and client delivery programs
- Lead, coach and develop the wider Technical Project Management team
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for new rack deployments and Service Change Requests (SCRs), through to ATP and IST sign-off
- Establish and continuously improve delivery governance, methodologies, reporting and risk management processes
- Maintain visibility of delivery capacity, timelines, dependencies and budget performance across the portfolio




- Act as the senior escalation point for delivery risks and complex stakeholder issues
- Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to assess delivery feasibility and resourcing requirements for new customer commitments
- Provide clear and accurate delivery reporting to the COO and Executive team
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery tools, systems, processes and ways of working
- Lead post-implementation reviews and embed lessons learned across future programs
- Support delivery budgeting and forecasting against the commercial pipeline and existing commitments
- Build strong relationships with key customers and act as a senior escalation point where required
- Represent Delivery in cross-functional planning and contribute to broader operational and commercial strategy

Skills & Experience

- 10+ years’ experience across delivery, program or project management, with 3–5+ years in a senior leadership capacity
- Extensive experience leading delivery, PMO or program management functions within technology, infrastructure or data centre environments
- Proven experience building, leading and developing high-performing project and delivery teams
- Strong understanding of infrastructure delivery lifecycles, including commissioning, ATP and IST




- Demonstrated experience establishing or maturing PMO governance, methodology and reporting frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executives, technical teams and customers
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance delivery quality, cost and speed against business priorities
- Sound judgement and composure when managing complex delivery risks and escalations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to Executive or Board-level audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Experience in data centre, cloud or AI infrastructure, fast-growth or publicly listed technology businesses is highly regarded. PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or similar certifications are advantageous.
