About the role

Figo Restaurant is looking for an experienced Head Waiter to join our professional and established team. You will work in a fast-paced, busy restaurant environment, running your own section independently while maintaining excellent service.

About you

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Waiter or senior waiter
- Strong experience running your own section independently
- Confident taking orders and communicating with guests
- Able to manage a busy section efficiently while maintaining excellent service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, organised and reliable
- Valuable knowledge of food and restaurant service
- Wine knowledge is a bonus
