The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) in NSW is hiring an APS5 National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer to deliver accessible support to Deaf and hard-of-hearing participants via Auslan video.

You'll handle inbound/outbound video calls, emails and webchat, with shift patterns, adaptable hybrid working, and training. Demonstrated Auslan fluency and a commitment to participant-focused service are essential.
