From sourcing the best beans to brewing the perfect cup, we’re all about raising the bar and sharing excellent coffee with great people. We are looking for a casual Barista to join our Richmond team. Working about 15 hours per week, with availability on weekends and weekdays.

What's the role?

- Serving up consistently amazing coffee
- Delivering warm, welcoming service that keeps people coming back
- Sharing your coffee knowledge with customers (or learning from others!)




- Helping out with day-to-day café stuff – from opening to closing
- Being part of a friendly, tight-knit team where no one is above any task

About you:

- You will have at least one year experience. Past experience with specialty coffee is preferable.
- A passion for coffee and customer service
- You’re upbeat and genuinely love working with people
- Reliable
