Northampton General Hospital is seeking a Junior Sister/Junior Charge Nurse in A&E; to assist in the day-to-day running of the Emergency Department and to help develop the service and nursing team under the supervision of a Sister/Charge Nurse.

You will provide nursing assessments, care and treatment for ED patients, coordinate with GP, ED consultants and MDT to ensure protected, timely care, and participate in quality improvement and clinical governance while upholding equality and safety.
