Four Seasons Hotel Sydneyhave an exciting prospect available for a motivated and enthusiastic Overnight Demi Chef to join ourKitchen brigade of leading industry professionals.

Whilst working the overnight shift, you will be able to demonstrate your passion for food on a plate in our Overnight In-Room Dining service. You will also contribute to our high volume breakfast service in the Restaurant and In-Room Dining by preparing produce for the service.

What we'd like you to possess:

- Previous kitchen experience at the same level preferably within a large hotel
- Passion for creating superb food in order to provide a great guest experience
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- The ability to work productively whilst unsupervised
- An eagerness to work 10pm - 6am
- Full time Australian Working rights
