Overview

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Graphic Designer to join the yd. team. You will work closely with the Creative Manager and Creative team to produce engaging concepts and designs for digital and print media. It’s a fun, open and fast paced environment where creativity, transparency and communication are key. You have a can-do attitude and have a strong graphic design background with relevant experience in digital and print design, ideally within the retail fashion industry (menswear a bonus).

Responsibilities

- Continuously produce engaging retail-led design to brief and brand guidelines under the guidance of the Creative Manager for all digital and print touchpoints (including but not limited to website elements, print and digital advertising, social media content, store point of sale etc.)
- Ensuring all design projects are executed within schedule, and prioritised based on deadlines using Trello
- Working across multiple projects at the same time
- Work with the team to collaborate on new projects and initiatives
- Photo retouching, video editing and medium level motion graphics experience
- Bringing fresh ideas to the team (researching and analysing trends)

To be successful you will have

- A keen eye for layout and typography.
- Strong experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.




- Familiar with Adobe After Effects and Capcut.
- Proficient at digital and print design.
- Meticulous attention to detail, advanced organisational and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and adhere to deadlines within a team or autonomously.
- Tertiary education in design, graphics or related area with 3 years Graphic Design experience.
- Ability to think creatively, logically and display strong problem-solving skills.
