About the Role

As a Helpdesk Support Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support across a diverse client base. You'll be responsible for managing incidents and service requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolutions that maintain strong client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1–2 helpdesk support across desktops, servers, and cloud environments

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents efficiently in line with SLAs





- Manage and prioritise service requests through the ticketing system

- Support Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and common business applications

- Escalate complex issues where required while maintaining ownership

- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of processes

About You

- ~2 years' experience in an IT Helpdesk or Support role

- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Microsoft 365

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
