Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and motivate a small garden maintenance team
- Deliver exceptional horticultural care across premium residential properties
- Maintain gardens through pruning, planting, mulching, fertilising and lawn care
- Diagnose and treat plant health issues, pests and diseases using best horticultural practices
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems
- Ensure gardens consistently exceed client expectations




- Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication and outstanding service
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with WHS requirements and company standards

About You

Ideally you'll have:

- Certificate in Horticulture (or currently working towards) or at least 2 years' experience leading a garden maintenance team
- Proven experience maintaining high-end residential gardens
- Excellent plant identification and horticultural knowledge
- Experience diagnosing plant health, pest and disease issues
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and pride in delivering premium results
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, reliable and self-motivated approach
- Proficiency using commercial gardening equipment and tools
- White Card
- Current driver's licence, Police Check required
- Full Australian working rights
