Located on Flinders Street in the heart of Melbourne CBD, Melbourne Winery is looking for enthusiastic, hospitality-focused Casual Floor Staff to join our team!

Known for our extensive wine selection, elevated food and beverage offering, vibrant atmosphere and exceptional guest experiences, we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and thrive in a busy, fast-paced venue.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, attentive and professional service to all guests
- Take food and beverage orders and confidently explain menu items
- Develop your knowledge of our extensive wine range and assist guests with recommendations
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented floor throughout service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Work closely with the floor, bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Follow all RSA, food safety, OH&S; and venue procedures
- Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest

Skills & Experience
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences

Qualifications




- Current Victorian RSA Certificate essential

Availability

Our venue is buzzing 7 days a week, so we're looking for people who are ready to bring the energy!
