This role will be based in our Scoresby Factory.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Twentythree Projects is seeking a skilled Setter Out to join our growing team. This is a full‑time position based in Scoresby, VIC 3179. As a Setter Out, you will play a critical role in translating design concepts into precise layouts and specifications that guide our shopfitting projects from concept through to completion. Your expertise will ensure that all installations meet design requirements, building codes, and client expectations, making you an integral part of our project delivery team.

ABOUT YOU...

You'll be an experienced cabinetmaker, shopfitter or joinery professional who understands what happens on the workshop floor not just what’s drawn on paper.

We're looking for someone who has:

- Advanced experience with Pytha
- Extensive experience in cabinetmaking, shopfitting and/or joinery
- A sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to quality
- The ability to confidently read and interpret plans and shop drawings
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and multitasking skills




- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- A strong understanding of manufacturing high‑quality joinery
- Practical knowledge of construction specifications and project requirements
- A solid understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
