THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering and working within a close-knit HR team, this is a true HR Business Partner opportunity with a strong focus on Employee Relations.

- Partner with leaders across a diverse blue-collar workforce.
- Manage high-volume ER casework, investigations and employment matters.
- Provide advice on legislation, awards, policies and compliance.
- Support Fair Work matters and internal litigation.
- Get involved in broader HR projects and initiatives.

Working within a supportive team, you’ll have the opportunity to build your ER capability, gain exposure to Fair Work matters and contribute to a range of HR projects. With dedicated support across HR administration, reporting and analytics, you’ll be able to focus on partnering with the business and delivering outcomes. THE CANDIDATE To be successful in this role,



you will have strong Employee Relations experience and a solid understanding of Australian employment legislation, policies and awards. A blue-collar background is highly regarded, as is experience within a consulting environment. You’ll be someone who is confident managing casework, able to hit the ground running and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment. We’re looking for a proactive “yes” person who is eager to learn, willing to take initiative and can successfully juggle multiple priorities.
