About the role

As a HR Driver, you will play a crucial role in our road transport operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods across the region. This position offers the prospect to be part of a dynamic and growing company committed to excellence in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operating and maintaining refrigerated transport vehicles to deliver goods on time and in perfect condition
- Adhering to all relevant road transport regulations and company policies to ensure compliance
- Monitoring vehicle performance and conducting regular inspections to identify and address any issues




- Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods at pickup and delivery points
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Collaborating with the broader transport and logistics team to ensure seamless operations

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- Valid HR Licence
- Minimum 1 years experience in Road Transport (Refrigerated Transport experience high regarded)
- Ability to provide a current traffic report
- Physical fitness for manual unloading
- Ability to operate a heavy vehicle in a professional & safe manner
- A punctual, reliable and courteous approach to all tasks
- Ability to pass a medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing
- A willingness to learn and be trained on electronic equipment, such as tablets, for reporting and monitoring driving hours
- A strong Think Safe attitude
