What We Are Building, and Why We Need You

Help grow our HR services arm inside an established business with 20 years in the market and 1,100+ clients. Work directly with our leadership and delivery to design, sell, and deliver fractional HR expertise to CEOs of growing businesses. Brisbane preferred, remote considered.

What You Will Actually Do

- Win work through consultative conversations with CEOs, scoping, writing proposals, and closing deals

- Deliver organisational design, position descriptions, remuneration frameworks, capability systems, and fractional HR support

- Help shape the service offering, including productisation, pricing, and solution strategy

- Collaborate directly with our CEO, Andrea Davey, and leverage internal sales, delivery, and tech teams

Let's Talk About You

- Significant HR consulting or senior in-house HR experience (ideally both)

- Depth in organisational design, position architecture, remuneration, or capability frameworks

- Credibility with CEOs and business owners, plus a track record or appetite for winning work

- Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)





- Australian working rights (and own ABN/insurances if contracting)
