The Role The HR Lead (People & Culture + Talent Acquisition) is responsible for leading BetaBuilders' volunteer HR function, overseeing the full volunteer lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through engagement and offboarding. You'll work closely with the founder, project leads, and the HR team to build effective people processes while supporting multiple startup projects.

You'll lead the combined People & Culture and Talent Acquisition team, coordinate HR operations, support organisational planning, and help create a positive volunteer experience across BetaBuilders.

About You

- Experience in HR, People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Confident collaborating with stakeholders and following up when needed
- Passionate about supporting people and startup communities
