Human Resources and Workforce Coordinator Right at Home – Goldfields Grampians Murray (GGM)

Permanent Part-Time (3 days per week, hours negotiable, including flexible school hours) About the Role Right at Home GGM is growing, and we’re seeking a highly organised Human Resources & Workforce Coordinator to support our expanding care team. In this role, you’ll be the link between our people and leadership – managing recruitment, HR compliance, rostering, and staff support. What You’ll Do - Coordinate staff rosters and ensure client shifts are filled

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with Fair Work, police checks, and registrations
- Support staff training, development, and performance tracking
- Provide HR and workforce support to managers and carers

Qualifications HR qualification and equivalent experience Preferred Skills - HR, recruitment, or rostering experience (health/aged care desirable)
