We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor - Talent Acquisition to join our APAC HR team. Reporting to the HR Manager APAC, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities across Australia, helping us attract, hire, and successfully integrate top talent into the business.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, partnering with leaders, and providing an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience. While the primary focus is Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, you'll also gain exposure to broader HR activities and projects, making this an excellent opportunity to further develop your HR career.

What You'll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

As the key recruitment contact for the business, you will:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles and business units.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
- Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Source, screen, assess, and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct phone interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, pre-employment medicals, and other screening activities.
- Prepare employment offers and support offer negotiations where required.
- Manage onboarding activities to ensure a positive and seamless employee experience.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Provide reporting and insights on recruitment activity and outcomes.

HR Advisory Support In addition to Talent Acquisition, you will:

- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding.




- Prepare employment documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist with HR compliance, policy interpretation, and administrative activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and annual people processes.
- Provide general HR advice and support to leaders and employees.

About You To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Advisory, or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
