We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global organization and partner with business leaders on strategic people initiatives.

? Location: Sydney, Australia | Hybrid

? Employment Type: 1 Year of contract + High chance of Ext

? Salary: Up to AUD 120K to 130K (Versatile for perfect candidate)

? ? Experience: 15+ years

? Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy and people initiatives
- Manage Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR) & Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA)
- Support workforce planning, organizational design and talent management
- Coach managers on performance management and employee development
- Lead change management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Australian Employment Law & Fair Work legislation
- Leverage HR data and analytics to support business decisions





? What We're Looking For

✅ 10–15 years of HR experience with 3+ years as an HR Business Partner

✅ Strong knowledge of Australian Employment Law

✅ Hands-on experience in ER, IR & EBA

✅ Experience with workforce planning, leadership coaching & change management

✅ Exposure to blue-collar / operational workforces is highly preferred

✅ Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms is an advantage

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
