We're looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, can think outside the box and genuinely wants to make an impact.

About the role

You'll work alongside the Director supporting a range of clients across Australia. No two days are the same. One day you might be assisting with recruitment, the next supporting a performance matter or helping improve a client's people processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consulting and wants exposure to a broad range of HR work across different industries.

The position is primarily hybrid with occasional travel to client sites across Sydney, generally one day per week on client site. Most clients are located around the Inner West and North West.

What you'll be doing

- Providing practical HR advice to business owners and managers
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities
- Assisting with performance management and employee relations matters




- Preparing employment documentation and HR resources
- Helping clients improve their people processes
- Contributing to HR projects across multiple clients

About you

You'll likely have

- Around 3 to 5 years' experience in Human Resources
- Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Confidence working independently and managing your own workload
- A practical, solutions focused approach
- A genuine interest in partnering with growing businesses
